Faculty potentially interested in joining the PHI program should contact us.
The past decade has witnessed a dramatic increase in Northeastern’s international reputation for research and innovative educational programs. A heightened focus on interdisciplinary research and scholarship is driving a faculty hiring initiative at Northeastern, advancing its position among the nation’s top research universities. Northeastern is interested in “cluster hires” where groups of top researchers in a particular area may come to Northeastern as a unit. In 2015-16, we are interested in hiring faculty at all levels who work in the PHI-related areas of computer science, such as computational behavioral science and cognitive modeling for health, affective science and sensors for health.

The College of Computer and Information Science has multiple open positions this year. All strong candidates in any area, especially at the Associate or Full Professor rank, will be considered. All positions offer the opportunity to participate in the PHI program for applicants interested in PHI technology.
